As a dyed-in-the-wool lover of MEAT, I was excited to see a huge hunk of the stuff being prepared to be roasted over a fire.

mmmmmmmmMEAT! mmmmmmmmmMEAT! with a crank even.

And what cut of meat is it? Why, it's a beef BUTT of course!

Heh. Now that they mention it. It DOES look like a big ol butt. See, it even has 2 beef BUTTOCKS! I wonder if they're from the same butt...

More meat lovers taking in the MEAT. It's just so much MEAT! So exciting! I don't know if I've ever seen so much meat at once. Well not unless it's alive anyway. (Obviously, I have never gone inside a meat packing plant.) Actually, all the meat in a meat aisle put together probably adds up to more MEAT, but this is so much more impressive!

fast forward to about 3 hours later.. The meat is cooked. Still looking very buttlike, but so tender and juicy. Actually I wasn't hungry even though I had nothing to eat all day unless you count Bloody Marys, beer, and water. I did gnaw at it in the wee hours of the next morning, however. The interior was still very rare. Just the way I like it.

I can *almost* smell it from here, right now, sitting at my computer!
